Facilitator’s Profile:

Dr. Swaminathan Sabesan is an HR practitioner from an applied behavioral science background with more than 28 years of experience that includes teaching, research, assessment, facilitation, placement, counseling, mentoring, coaching and institution building.

He has had the distinct privilege of working closely with more than 75 CEOs and CXOs in the last ten years and has helped them in achieving their developmental goals.

Dr. Sabesan is trained and certified in 6 popular psychometric tools from UK and USA. North American Society of Adlerian Psychology certified him on ‘Understanding self, family structure, family dynamics and relationships”. Australian Counseling Association certified him on “Healing Inner Conflicts”. Recently he was certified by Pearson Academy on “My Choice My Future” (MCMF). He has administered and interpreted several psychometric tests to almost 3000 professionals over the years.

He has authored 2 cases and has reviewed 7 books so far that are bestselling books. He is a motivational speaker and has addressed various forums like NIPM, ISTD, MMA and Hypnotique Circle and touched the lives of hundreds of people over the years.
